Yes, your static IPs can be converted to residential traffic and vice versa

If you purchased 2 static IPs for $10 and request to convert them to residential proxies, your IPs will be permanently deleted (it will not be possible to recover the same IPs in the future), and 2.5GB of rotating residential traffic will be added to your account.
