If you can connect using HTTP but not SOCKS5, please try the following steps:

If the above step doesn’t help, try a different internet connection:

1. connect to a neighbor or friend’s wifi
2. Create a hotspot with your phone and connect your PC to it. Then test the proxy again. If this works, it indicates an issue with your ISP, and you will need to contact them about your connection.

If you have a desktop and cannot connect to the phone hotspot:

- Download a proxy management app like Super Proxy from your Play Store or App Store and connect to the proxy on your phone. Ensure you use the SOCKS5 protocol. If the connection works, you will need to contact your ISP.
