Your Dashboard shows how much traffic you have used, how many requests you made, and which sites that traffic went to.
Click Dashboard in the left navigation. Your remaining balance is always visible at the top right as Traffic left.
Statistics
Two charts, side by side. Each one shows its total in the heading.

Choosing a period
Use 24 hours, 7 days or 1 month, or click the calendar icon to pick your own dates.
The heading under each section reads Selected period so you can always see what you are looking at. Statistics and Breakdown by domain have their own period controls - set them separately if you want to compare.

Both filters apply to the charts and the domain table. Filtering by user is the fastest way to find which sub-user is spending your traffic.
Breakdown by domain
Below the charts, a table lists every domain your traffic reached, with Bandwidth and Requests for each.
This is where you find out where your traffic actually went.
Traffic and requests are not the same thing
A high request count does not mean high traffic, and low traffic does not mean few requests. The gap between the two columns is usually the answer to "where did my traffic go".
What you see | What it usually means |
Thousands of requests, a few MB | Lots of small calls - API responses, bot checks, tracking |
One or two requests, hundreds of MB | Something heavy - video, a large file, a download |
Both high | Sustained scraping or automation at volume |
Sort your attention by the Bandwidth column, not the Requests column. A single heavy domain usually explains most of a surprising month.
Exporting
Use Export above the domain table to download the breakdown as .csv or .xlsx.
The export follows whatever filters and period you have set.
If the table is empty
"No data for this period" means one of two things:
Nothing ran through the proxy in the period you selected. Try a longer period, or clear the user and product filters.
Your subscription has ended, so nothing is running at all. See How to unfreeze your traffic.
