The Whitelisting feature is an authentication method that prevents unauthorized access to a specific proxy. Before we begin, it is important to understand what IP whitelisting can and cannot do.

How to Use It
In this example, we will whitelist your public IP address to prevent unauthorized access to the proxy.
Find Your Public IP Address
You need your current public IP address before adding it to the whitelist.
Option A: Using a web browser
Search for “What is my IP” and use any trusted service to check your public IP address.
Option B: Windows
On Powershell paste Invoke-RestMethod ipinfo.io/ip It should return your public IP
Dashboard Setup

A. On your dashboard, go to Proxy Setup > IP Whitelist > Add IP
B. Add your IP to the IP field
C. Select your preferred location
D. Save

My Whitelist Is Not Working – Common Reasons:
The wrong IP address was added, for example, your local IP instead of your public IP.
Public IP 37.221.112.214 ✅ | Local IP: 192.168.1.1 ✖️Your public IP address has changed
You are connected through a VPN or proxy, which changes your public IP
IPv4 and IPv6 are being mixed up (for example, whitelisting IPv4 while your connection is using IPv6)
