Our crypto payment processor does not support automatic processing of such transactions. If funds are sent this way, a manual recovery process is required.
This comes with a $300 USD retrieval fee, deducted from the original amount.
If the payment is less than the retrieval fee, unfortunately, it cannot be recovered, refunded, or credited.
To avoid issues, please use a standard wallet transfer when making crypto payments.
