It is possible to connect to proxies directly through your Wi-Fi settings.

To connect a proxy server to your iPhone's Wi-Fi, navigate to your Wi-Fi settings, select the network you're connected to, and then choose to configure the proxy manually. You'll need to input the proxy server's address and port number, and if required, your username and password.

Here's a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Open Settings

Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Select Wi-Fi

Tap on “Wi-Fi” to view your network connections.

Step 3: Choose your network

Find the Wi-Fi network you're currently connected to (indicated by a blue checkmark) and tap the "i" icon next to it.

Step 4: Configure proxy

Scroll down and tap on “Configure Proxy”.

Step 5: Select Manual

Choose the “Manual” configuration option.

Step 6: Enter proxy details

Input the proxy server's address (or host name) and port number provided by your proxy service provider.

You can get this information on your NodeMaven dashboard.

Step 7: Enable Authentication

If your proxy server requires authentication, toggle on “Authentication” and enter your username and password.

Your username and password can be found on your NodeMaven dashboard.

Step 8: Save settings

Tap "Save" (or "Apply") in the top right corner to apply the changes.

To verify the connection:

  • You can go to a website like MaxMind to see if your IP address has been replaced with the proxy server's IP address.

Access specific location:

  • You can also select specific locations if needed, example: If you need a proxy from the USA, the username you’ll inform at the authentication will look like this: username_email_com-country-us-sid-a9b40a80f1e94-filter-medium

  • You can also select specific region, city, and ISP. Always copy and paste the whole username as shown on your profile. Example: username_email_com-country-us-region-alabama-city-birmingham-isp-atnt_wireless-sid-a9b40a80f1e94-filter-medium

Whitelisted IPs

On your Dashboard, you can also select your whitelisted IPs.

When selected, you’ll see the list of proxies that you have whitelisted, just copy then and it’ll look something like this: http://gate.nodemaven.com:8107

Once you have copied the link, go to your Wi-Fi settings again and choose the option "Automatic", then paste the URL you have.

After, just click save, and you can test the connection normally on the websites aforementioned.
