How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Access the Billing Section: On the left side of your screen, click on the "Billing" button.

  2. Navigate to Subscriptions: Once in the Billing section, find and select the "Subscriptions" tab.

  3. Initiate Cancellation: Locate your current subscription and click on the "Cancel Subscription" option.

4. Confirm Your Decision: A confirmation window will appear. You will have two choices:

  • Keep Subscription: If you decide not to cancel, select this option.

  • Continue to Cancel: To proceed with the cancellation, click "Continue to cancel."

5. Provide a Reason for Cancellation: You will be prompted to select a reason for canceling. Choose the option that best describes your situation. There is still the option to change your mind by clicking “I want to stay”. To continue with the cancellation click “Confirm cancellation”.

6. Receive Confirmation: After you complete the steps, a confirmation message will notify you that your cancellation was successful.


Note: Even after canceling, you can continue to use our services until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, any remaining data will be frozen, and access to the service will be discontinued.
