Yes - conversions go in both directions:
ISP → Residential: Your ISP IPs are released, and the equivalent value is added to your account as Residential traffic (GB).
Residential → ISP: Part of your Residential traffic balance is exchanged for new ISP IP allocations.
⚠️ Important: ISP IPs are permanently released when converted. The same IPs cannot be recovered later, even if you convert back to ISP afterward. Plan accordingly before requesting a conversion.
How to request a conversion
Conversions are handled by our support team. To start one, contact support and let us know:
The direction you'd like to convert (ISP → Residential, or Residential → ISP)
How much you'd like to convert (e.g., "convert 2 ISP IPs to Residential traffic")
Eligibility is confirmed by support, and conversions are subject to internal review.
How much do I get?
The exact rate depends on your current pricing and the direction of conversion. We don't publish a fixed conversion rate - always check with support for the current rate before requesting a change.
Illustrative example only: A customer with 2 ISP IPs may receive roughly 2.5 GB of Residential traffic when converting. This is for illustration, not a guaranteed rate. Your actual conversion rate is confirmed by support at the time of the request.
