IP filter mode decides which IPs from our pool you get. You set it under Advanced settings.
It applies to Residential and Mobile. Quality is the default and suits most work.
The four modes

Filtering gives you better IPs and fewer of them.
You do not type the parameters. The dashboard adds them when you change the dropdown.
On the naming: the dashboard says Quality, the username says -filter-medium. Same thing. medium is the internal name for that tier.
