Subscriptions bought with a card renew automatically. That card is kept on file and charged on your renewal date, so your proxies keep working without interruption. That automatic renewal is the charge you are seeing.
Only card payments renew. If you paid with cryptocurrency, YooMoney or MIR, your subscription is a one-off, and nothing is ever charged again without you doing it. If you see a charge against one of those methods, contact support and we will look into it. See what methods of payment we offer.

Checking your renewal date

Open your Dashboard to find your renewal date. The Next Payment field shows the date you will next be charged, and Subscription Plan shows what you are being charged for.

Stopping future charges

Cancel before the renewal date and no further payment is taken. Cancelling does not cut you off. You keep using your plan, and your remaining traffic, until the end of the cycle you have already paid for. See how to cancel your subscription.

If you have already been charged

Cancelling does not refund a payment that has already gone through. Cancelling stops the next one. If you were charged for a cycle you have barely used, you can ask support to look at a refund. Refunds are reviewed case by case and handled by the support team rather than processed from the dashboard, so contact us with your order details. A refund goes back to the way you paid, so a card payment is refunded to that card.

Why the amount changed

Two things move the amount you are charged or the date you are charged on.
