If the payment is taking longer
1
Find your transaction hash
Your wallet or exchange calls this a hash, a TXID, or a transaction ID. All three names refer to the same thing.
2
Check the hash on a block explorer
Look the hash up on the block explorer for the network you paid on: Etherscan for Ethereum, Tronscan for Tron, and the equivalent explorer for whichever other network you used.

Network congestion
A busy network is the usual reason for a slow confirmation. Congestion on the network is outside NodeMaven’s control and outside your wallet’s control, because the transaction simply sits in the queue until the network processes it. If your transaction has been pending for hours, your wallet or exchange can tell you whether the fee you paid is too low for current network conditions. When traffic does not arrive after the transaction is confirmed
Contact support with your transaction hash and the team will trace the payment. Live chat is the fastest channel for this. Two situations need to be handled manually rather than waited out:- You sent the payment from a Smart Contract. Smart contract transfers are not supported and cannot be credited automatically. See what methods of payment do you offer?
- You sent the payment on a different network than the one shown at checkout. Send support the hash and the team will check what can be done.
