How you change the IP depends on which product you are using.

Residential and Mobile

Start a new session and you get a new IP. There are two ways to do that:
  • Generate a new proxy in the dashboard. Each string you generate carries its own session ID, so each one connects through a different IP.
  • Change the session ID in the string you already have. Alter any character in the -sid- value and the gateway treats it as a new session, which assigns a new IP.
A Sticky session also takes a new IP on its own once the session expires, up to 24 hours. You can set a shorter lifetime. See Sticky sessions.

ISP proxies

An ISP IP does not change on its own. Use the Swap IPs button on the order to replace it. See Change your ISP IP.
