Will I get any IPs that have already been used by other customers?
The residential IP pool is shared, but the pool is large enough that overlap is very unlikely.
Possibly, but it is very unlikely. The Residential and Mobile IP pool is shared between customers, and with over 30 million IPs in the network the chance of being handed the same IP as someone else at the same time is extremely low.
Every IP is screened before it enters the pool, so a shared pool is not the same as an IP with a history you inherit. See How clean are your IPs?.
