Every ISP order comes with a free IP swap. If you want a different set of IPs, you can replace them yourself from the dashboard - no need to contact support.

How to swap

  1. Go to ISP proxies in the left navigation and open the My proxies tab.
  2. Find the order you want to refresh and click Details.
  3. Scroll to the Settings section.
  4. Under Swap your IPs, click Swap IPs.
Your new IPs are ready immediately.

What you get

Your swap replaces the whole order

Swapping is all-or-nothing for an order. If you have ten IPs in one order and only one is giving you trouble, clicking Swap IPs replaces all ten. You cannot pick individual IPs. If you need to keep some IPs untouched, buy them as separate orders. Each order carries its own free swap and can be swapped independently.

When your swap resets

The counter resets each time your order renews. The dashboard shows Swaps left next to the button, so you always know where you stand. If your counter is at zero and you need different IPs before your next renewal, the options are to wait for renewal or buy a new order.

Before you swap

A swap is worth using when you want a genuinely different set of IPs. It’s less useful for chasing a particular score on a third-party checking tool, because your replacement IPs come from the same quality-checked pool as the originals. If you’re unsure whether an IP is actually a problem, click Check proxy next to it first. That shows you the fraud risk verdict and resolved location for that specific IP, so you can decide before spending your swap.

Swap, extend, renew - what’s different

These three words get mixed up. They do different things: Renewing or extending never changes your IPs. Only a swap does that.
