This guide shows how to set up a NodeMaven proxy directly in Windows. A proxy configured natively on Windows applies system-wide, so every app that honours the system proxy uses it.

Set up the proxy on Windows

1

Open network settings

Right-click the network icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen, then click Network and Internet settings.

2

Select Proxy

A window will open. Choose Proxy.

3

Turn the manual proxy on

Click Set up and toggle the switch to On.
4

Enter the gateway and port

In the Proxy IP address field, enter gate.nodemaven.com.For the Port, use 8080 for HTTP or 1080 for SOCKS5.
NodeMaven supports HTTP and SOCKS5 only. Enter the gateway as a bare hostname - do not prefix it with https:// or any other scheme.
5

Save the proxy

Click Save.

Find your credentials
