# Hidemyacc

> Set up NodeMaven proxies in a Hidemyacc browser profile.

Hidemyacc is an anti-detect browser designed for secure, multi-account management, minimizing detection and tracking risks.

You can download Hidemyacc from the [official Hidemyacc download page](https://hidemyacc.com/download).

Using Hidemyacc in combination with NodeMaven Residential proxies will increase your chances of success.

## Set up a NodeMaven proxy in Hidemyacc

To start using NodeMaven proxies with Hidemyacc, first create a new browser profile.

    On the left side of the application window, click the plus sign (+) on the upper left side of your menu.

  <Step title="Name the profile">
    A new window pops up. Fill in the name of your profile.

  <Step title="Open the proxy section">
    Select the **Proxy** section on the left side menu.

    1. Select **Your Proxy** in the Proxy information section.
    2. In **Connection Type**, select the protocol you need to use with your proxies. NodeMaven currently offers HTTP and SOCKS 5.
    3. Hidemyacc offers two ways to add proxies. Use the **Quick Add** section by pasting your entire proxy string for a fast setup, or enter the details manually by filling in each field in the **Or enter proxy information below** section for more control.
    4. After all the information is filled in, click the **Check Proxy** button on the lower left side of your window. The result is displayed as **Proxy IP** and **Region**.
    5. After that step succeeds, click the **Create** button on the upper right side of your window. Your profile is then complete and ready to use.

  <Step title="Run the profile">
    Your Hidemyacc profile is now created and ready to use with your NodeMaven proxy. To open the profile, click the **Run** button.
