# GhostBrowser

> Add a NodeMaven proxy to Ghost Proxy Control and use it in GhostBrowser.

GhostBrowser is a multi-session browser designed to streamline workflows, enabling users to log into multiple accounts on the same site. GhostBrowser suits productivity, testing, and managing numerous online profiles, and keeps all sessions organized in a single window, reducing the hassle of switching browsers or devices.

You can download GhostBrowser from the GhostBrowser website.

## Set up a NodeMaven proxy in GhostBrowser

To start using NodeMaven proxies with GhostBrowser, first add them to Ghost Proxy Control.

  <Step title="Open Ghost Proxy Control">
    Go to the upper right side of the application window and click the fourth icon, labeled **Ghost Proxy Control**. Then click the **Add/Edit proxies** button.

  <Step title="Add your NodeMaven proxy">
    Go to the **Add a Single Proxy** section, name your profile, and add your NodeMaven credentials:

    | Field | Value |
    | - | - |
    | Host | `gate.nodemaven.com` |
    | Port | HTTP: any port from `8080` up to `9080`. SOCKS 5: any port from `1080` up to `2080`. |
    | Username | Your NodeMaven proxy username |
    | Password | Your NodeMaven proxy password |

    Click the **Add proxy** button after all the information is filled in.

  <Step title="Enable your proxy">
    Select your proxy, then click the **Enable** button.

  <Step title="Use your proxy">
    1. Go to your first tab.
    2. Click the **Ghost Proxy Control** button.
    3. Select your newly created identity from the dropdown menu.
    4. Click **Reload**.

  <Step title="Test the proxy">
    Test your proxy with the [MaxMind locate-my-IP page](https://www.maxmind.com/en/locate-my-ip-address).
