# Dolphin Anty

> Set up NodeMaven rotating and static proxies in Dolphin Anty, manually or with the NodeMaven API key.

Dolphin Anty is an antidetect browser for online identity management. Dolphin Anty lets you create and manage multiple distinct browser profiles, all from a single device. Each profile is equipped with a digital fingerprint, enabling discrete browsing experiences across various websites.

To achieve better outcomes with the Dolphin Anty browser, apply NodeMaven proxies to enhance your experience.

## Rotating proxy setup

This section applies to NodeMaven Residential and Mobile rotating proxies. There are two ways to connect them.

### First option: add a NodeMaven proxy to Dolphin Anty manually

    Log in to Dolphin Anty and click **Create Profile**.

  <Step title="Add a new proxy">
    Click **New Proxy**. Dolphin Anty's proxy settings then appear.

  <Step title="Get your NodeMaven credentials">
    You will find your proxy username and proxy password on your NodeMaven page in the **Proxy Setup** section.

    The completed Dolphin Anty proxy entry looks like this.

### Second option: use a NodeMaven proxy directly in Dolphin Anty via the API key

  <Step title="Copy your NodeMaven API key">
    Go to your NodeMaven dashboard > **Profile** and copy the API key. If the key shows as "None", click **Regenerate**.

    <Warning>
      Treat your API key like a password. Never paste `YOUR_API_KEY` anywhere public or share it in a support ticket.

  <Step title="Connect NodeMaven in Dolphin Anty">
    In Dolphin Anty, go to **Settings** > **NodeMaven**, paste your API key, and click **Connect Nodemaven**.

  <Step title="Confirm the connection">
    Once connected, Dolphin Anty shows the confirmation and your traffic balance.

      Residential and Mobile proxies share a single NodeMaven traffic balance. See [Traffic usage](/residential-mobile/traffic-usage).

  <Step title="Select the NodeMaven proxy in a profile">
    When creating or editing a Dolphin Anty profile, you can now select the NodeMaven proxy in the profile proxy settings.

  <Step title="Pick location, protocol and session">
    You can set location, protocol and session directly in Dolphin Anty. Once selected, click **Get Proxy**.

## Static proxy setup

This section applies to NodeMaven ISP (static residential) proxies. See [ISP overview](/isp/overview).

  <Step title="Copy your static proxy">
    Copy your proxy from the dashboard under **Static Residential Proxy** > **My proxies** > **Details**.

  <Step title="Add the proxy in Dolphin Anty">
    Open Dolphin Anty and:

    1. Click **Create profile**.
    2. Click **New proxy**.
    3. Select your preferred protocol (HTTP or SOCKS5).
    4. Click **Create profile**.

    Your static IP is ready to go. You can open your browser and use it.
