# Do your proxies support HTTP 2.0?

> Both rotating Residential and Mobile proxies and ISP proxies support HTTP 1.1 and HTTP 2.0.

Yes. HTTP 1.1 and HTTP 2.0 both work, on rotating Residential and Mobile proxies as well as on ISP proxies.

You can confirm it yourself with curl. Replace `USERNAME` and `PASSWORD` with your own proxy credentials:

```bash theme={null}
curl --http2 -x "http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@gate.nodemaven.com:8080" -I https://httpbin.org/status/200 -v
```

The verbose output names the protocol that was negotiated, so you can read it back from the response.

HTTP 2.0 is the protocol version used between your tool and the destination site. It is separate from the proxy protocol you connect with, which is HTTP or SOCKS5. See [Protocols and ports](/residential-mobile/protocols-and-ports).
