# How many sessions can I use simultaneously?

> There is no limit on concurrent sessions or connections.

There is no limit. You can run as many simultaneous sessions and connections as you need, on any plan.

What you pay for is traffic, not concurrency. Residential and Mobile proxies draw on one shared traffic balance, so running more sessions at once uses that balance faster rather than hitting a session cap. See [Traffic usage](/residential-mobile/traffic-usage).

ISP proxies have unlimited traffic per IP and no session cap either. See [ISP proxies overview](/isp/overview).
