# Do you block any domains?

> NodeMaven blocks bank, payment service, educational, government and news domains for legal reasons.

Yes, NodeMaven blocks some domain categories. For legal reasons, NodeMaven does not allow proxy access to:

* Bank domains
* Payment service domains
* Educational domains
* Government domains
* News domains

If a site that is not in one of those categories will not load, see [Why does this specific website not load](/troubleshooting/website-not-loading).
