Shadowrocket is a versatile proxy manager for both iOS and Android, enabling you to import proxies, set custom rules, and secure your browsing.
Installation and setup
Step 1: Installing Shadowrocket on your device
To Start using NodeMaven residential proxies on your phone with Shadowrocket you will first need to download it from the App Store or from Google Play
Step 2: Getting your NodeMaven proxy details
Go to your Proxy setup section in your dashboard
2. Choose your Location settings, Session type and SOCKS 5 Protocol
Step 3: Setting up the NodeMaven proxy in Shadowrocket
1. Open Shadowrocket and tap "Add Config" (top-right corner of the main screen).
2. In the next menu, select "Type Manually".
3. Choose "SOCKS5" as your proxy type.
4. You will now see the configuration screen. Fill in the following fields with your NodeMaven proxy details:
Remarks: Enter a name for this profile (e.g., NM US Proxy)
Address:
gate.nodemaven.comPort: Any value from 1080 to 2080
Username: Your NodeMaven Proxy username
Password: Your NodeMaven Proxy password
Once all fields are completed, tap the "Save" icon to store your profile.
5. Your new profile will now appear on the Shadowrocket dashboard. To activate it, tap the paper plane icon at the bottom of the screen.
6. Your NodeMaven proxy is now ready to use!
