# What methods of payment do you offer?

> Card (Visa and Mastercard), YooMoney and MIR, or cryptocurrency. Only card subscriptions renew automatically.

You can pay by **card**, with **YooMoney** or **MIR**, or with **cryptocurrency**. All four methods work for subscriptions, [Pay-as-you-go](/billing/pay-as-you-go) purchases, **Add traffic** top-ups and [ISP proxy](/isp/overview) orders.

## Only card subscriptions renew automatically

**Pay by card and your subscription renews on its own.** Your card is kept on file and charged on your renewal date, so your proxies keep running. See [why am I getting charged for the subscription?](/billing/why-charged)

**Every other payment method is a one-off payment.** With YooMoney, MIR or cryptocurrency, your subscription ends when the cycle ends, and you buy the next one when you are ready. Nothing is charged again without you doing it.

If you want to run without a gap, buy again before the current cycle finishes. **Your remaining traffic carries over**, as described in [what will happen to my traffic if I don't use it within a month?](/billing/unused-traffic)

## Paying by card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. If a card payment fails, see [why was my card declined?](/billing/card-declined)

## YooMoney and MIR

Customers in Russia can pay with **YooMoney** or **MIR**. Both methods appear at checkout alongside the international methods, and both work as one-off payments.

## Paying with cryptocurrency

We accept most major cryptocurrencies. Choose crypto at checkout and you will be shown the current options, along with the address to send to.

  **Send on the network shown at checkout.** Sending on a different network means your payment will not be credited automatically.

  **Send from a standard wallet. Smart Contract transfers are not supported**, because our payment processor cannot credit them automatically. If funds do arrive that way, recovering them is a manual process that carries a fee, and that fee is deducted from the amount you sent. A small payment may not be recoverable at all.

## Refunds

**A refund goes back to the way you paid.** Card payments are refunded to the card, and **crypto payments are refunded in USDT only**.

Refunds are not automatic. Each refund is reviewed case by case and handled by the support team, so contact us with your order details if you think a refund applies. See the [refund policy](/billing/refund-policy).
